Summary
This listing is for a travel blog focused around Northern Europe - earning mostly from display ads and affiliates. The seller has owned this business for over a decade, working with local experts where possible to build out content and a freelance VA to update social media alongside other tasks. At a minimum, two posts are added to the site per month. The site has seen some decline in traffic due to Google Updates, however we have balanced this with a shorter pricing period in order to take into account the most recent months. There are several social assets and a 2,400 person email list included in the sale - which the seller notes could be useful for expanding traffic sources to the site. Note: EF has not independently verified the revenue from smaller affiliates and sponsored posts for this business. We have focussed our revenue verification on the top revenue lines generating around 90% of total revenue. Further commentary is available on the cover page of the P&L. *Raptive requires a minimum of 100,000 pageviews per month for the first/main website to be accepted into their program and 30,000 pageviews for additional sites. If the website is already part of the Raptive network and does not meet the traffic requirements, Raptive has been lenient in accepting the transfer of sites already part of the network, provided the buyer is approved and currently has an active Raptive account. If the site’s traffic is below the 100k requirement, please contact Empire Flippers for assistance. If the buyer’s Raptive application is not approved during the migration process, they have the option to either move forward with a different ad network or reverse the deal.
Reason for sale
