Nook Focus helps you protect focus time by blocking selected apps and websites during schedules you control. Create recurring focus windows, choose apps and categories through Apple's Screen Time picker, and add website domains you want blocked while a schedule is active. Short pause controls let you deliberately step out of a focus window and resume without turning the system into surveillance software. The app is built around Apple's privacy-preserving Screen Time APIs. Nook Focus stores your schedules, user-entered blocked domains, and Apple's opaque selection tokens locally on your device. It does not read browsing history, page contents, network traffic, screenshots, keystrokes, or Screen Time usage reports.
